With only a few days to go before the announcement of the new commissioner of Mumbai police, whispers are abuzz that Additional Director General (ADG) of Police (state traffic) Vijay Kamble and chief of the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) Rakesh Maria are the top contenders for the post.
