ON Day 4 of Week 3 of the auto campaign launched by MiD DAY and Radio One along with the traffic police and Regional Transport Office, the MiD DAY team was aghast at the fares charged by drivers of autos without meter.
The team went to Mamta Nagar and Wakad where drivers don't follow the meter reading and even refuse fare if commuters insist on travelling further into the city.
