Srinagar: A militant was killed and a soldier injured on Saturday in a gunfight in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district.

"Security forces surrounded the Dubjan forest area following information about a group of terrorists hiding there," Defence spokesman, Colonel Rajesh Kalia told IANS.
