Jammu: Two guerrillas attacked an army camp in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district on Saturday but were gunned down by the security forces. Without naming Pakistan, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar said such attempts show the neighbouring country’s “desperation”.
