An angry mob on Thursday vandalised the office of the superintendent of police and attacked a police station in Munger district of Bihar.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission has ordered the removal of District Magistrate Rajesh Meena and superintendent of police Lipi Singh in view of the situation in Munger. The investigation into the incidents has been given to the Divisional Commissioner of Magadha, who will submit his report in seven days. The new DM and SP will be posted on Thursday.
