In a shocking incident, a 26-year-old from Vikhroli died following an argument with a rickshaw driver over change of Rs 8. The incident took place early on Monday morning.
Chetan Archirnekar, a graduate who had just joined an accountancy firm, was returning home to Mumbai by flight after a trip to Goa.
