Mumbai Marathon: Despite fractured leg, 65-yr-old promises to return next year

The city woke up with Mumbai Marathon fever yesterday and thousands participated in the various categories of the event. People from all walks of life, including the elite, people with disability and senior citizens participated with loads of zest and energy. While many runners faced minor setbacks and were treated at the two medical camps, a 65-year-old man fractured his right leg while participating in the 4.3-kilometre event for senior citizens.
