The luxury sedan hit a car belonging to the Israel Embassy on the Aurangzeb Road and was badly damaged. <br /><br />"Gaurav Arora, a resident of Vasant Kunj area, is the owner of the BMW car. He deals in the share market and has an office in the Connaught Place area. <br /><br />His driver, Jay Prakash, was at the wheels and talking to a woman, an employee of Arora, when he lost control over the vehicle and rammed into an Innova car," a senior police officer said.u00a0 "It was a simple accident and the driver has been released with a challan of Rs.184," said a senior police officer.<br /><br />However, eyewitness accounts to the incident tell a different story. "The driver was in an inebriated state and was driving at a speed in excess of 100 kmph," an eyewitness said. <br /><br />But the police completely rejected the claim, saying had it been the case the driver would have been given stricter punishment.
