Narendra Modi wants Xi's 'fair and objective' push for NSG

The PM met the Chinese President in Tashkent and said India's case should be judged on its own merits and China should contribute to an emerging consensus in the group’s Seoul meeting

Tashkent: Seeking China’s support for India’s membership of NSG, Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday urged Chinese President Xi Jinping to make a “fair and objective” assessment of India’s application to the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG).
