These days, all eyes within the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) are on Aurangabad as party leaders work overtime to ensure the first state-level rally of the Rashtrawadi Yuvati Congress (RYC), a wing for young women launched under the leadership of Supriya Sule, is a grand success. <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2012/oct/Supriya-Sule.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 1100px; " /> Growing: Supriya Sule, who heads the Rashtrawadi Yuvati Congress The rally is tomorrow and the party is leaving no stone unturned to achieve an attendance of a lakh, said NCP leaders who till a few days ago were busy booking special buses to ferry members of the RYC &mdash; drawn from the age group of 18 to 25 years &mdash; to the venue. 50 per district The party leaders are hoping at least 50 buses from each district of the state shall arrive in Aurangabad for the rally, said NCP members. The party wants every district in the state &mdash; be it far-flung Chandrapur or Gondia from Vidarbha or districts from Konkan and North Maharashtra &mdash; to send representatives. &ldquo;From Ahmadnagar, initially we thought 50 to 60 buses would be enough, but the enthusiasm is such that we will be sending 120 buses at least,&rdquo; Tribal Development Minister Babanrao Pachpute, who hails from Ahmadnagar district, said. According to NCP leaders, district unit chiefs of the party and ministers have specifically been asked to ensure the maximum attendance at the rally.u00a0&ldquo;Right from details of the participants to their travel plans, everything has been meticulously planned,&rdquo; a party office-bearer said. &ldquo;Efforts are also on to have one lady doctor with the convoy from a district.&rdquo; u00a0 Party spokesman Nawab Malik said the rally might well turn out to be the first such gathering in the country of women from 18 to 25 years of age.u00a0&ldquo;The atmosphere is charged after having organised 50 rallies under the banner of the RYC at almost all the district places,&rdquo; he said. Eye on polls An important feature of the RYC is that there will be no office-bearers or district-level units of the wing. According to NCP members, there will be no second line of command under Sule, the head of the RYC and daughter of NCP chief Sharad Pawar. It has been decided to appoint eight coordinators, one each for the six revenue divisions in the state and two for Mumbai metropolis. The coordinators will assist Sule in implementing her ideas. &ldquo;The basic idea is that the female age group of 18 to 25 has not been tapped by any other party and we are doing so now with an eye on the next general election,&rdquo; a party leader said. No power struggle On whether systematic efforts were on to project Sule as the next leader of the party, he said such issues were not in anybody&rsquo;s mind and the party was instead focusing on strengthening itself. &ldquo;The NCP wants to maintain its identity and, for this, it is fighting with rival parties, including (ally) Congress, and there is no scope for an internal power struggle,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;There is a clear understanding between Ajit Pawar and Supriya Sule.&rdquo;u00a0
