Nepal floods: No impact on Gandak River in Bihar yet, Gopalganj residents say

The water level of the Gandak River remained normal in Bihar's Gopalganj district on Friday despite flash floods in Nepal's Rasuwa district, with residents saying there was no impact of the flooding in the neighbouring country so far.

The Gandak River flows through Bihar and Uttar Pradesh after entering India from Nepal. Residents of Khap Maksudpur in Gopalganj said the river's water level remained normal as of now, even as the local administration issued an alert following the floods in Nepal.
