A woman, who had charged a BJP MLA from Haryana and two others with allegedly raping her, took a U-turn in a Delhi court saying she was not raped by them and she does not want any action against the accused
New Delhi: A woman, who had charged a BJP MLA from Haryana and two others with allegedly raping her, on Thursday took a U-turn in a Delhi court saying she was not raped by them and she does not want any action against the accused.
The woman, while deposing before Additional Sessions Judge Nivedita Anil Sharma in an in-camera proceeding, said there was a financial dispute between her and her friend Rekha Suri, also an accused, and she has got her money back.
