A special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Jammu has issued a fresh non-bailable warrant against Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) founder Hafiz Muhammad Saeed in connection with allegations that he supplied weapons, funds and directions to terrorists operating in Kashmir.
The warrant, issued on September 8, is the second non-bailable warrant against Saeed in two months as the NIA continues its investigation into alleged cross-border terror conspiracies and activities in Jammu and Kashmir.
