"We have registered a case against the trio under section 188 of Indian Penal Code. CMO of Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon has filed a complaint," a senior police officer said. u00a0 On Sunday MCG had declared that strict action would be taken if somebody was found littering. The civic body was monitoring these areas strictly as the Commonwealth Games are on.
