Sinha was transferred to Jaipur in 2011. However, he kept in touch with an ISI agent based in Nepal&#39;s Kathmandu,&quot; Dinkar said. He added that Sinha had flown to Kathmandu at least four times over the past two years and stayed in hotels there at the ISI&#39;s expenses. &quot;He passed on very strategically important information to his handling officer. Money was transferred to his bank accounts from time to time,&quot; the officer said. Defense spokesperson Colonel SD Goswami said that Sinha was not a soldier but a civilian defence employee. &quot;It is a police case as he is not subject to the Army Act.
