Unable to bear the agony that comes with dual kidney failure, a 32-year-old man allegedly committed suicide at the JJ Hospital on Sunday night.

Dr. T P Lahane, dean of the state-run hospital, said that the patient, Rafiq Khan, committed suicide by hanging himself in the hospital’s bathroom. Dr Lahane added that the staff tried to save the patient by breaking the glass and entering the room, it was too late.
