New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended birthday wishes to Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah.

'Warm birthday wishes and a prayer for his good health and long life to the Governor of Tamil Nadu, K Rosaiah,' he tweeted.
