New Delhi: Delhi Police Crime Branch have arrested a proclaimed offender involved in several kidnapping and robbery cases, police said on Friday.

The accused has been identified as Sonu Thakur (25) from Panna district of Madhya Pradesh. He came to Delhi in search of a job and turned out into an extortionist, operating in southwest Delhi, said Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ravindra Yadav.
