Public hearing for Metro III on April 11

Juhu residents to get another opportunity to prove their point that clubbing Metro line II, III and going underground is the best solution
The residents of Juhu area, who have been opposing the elevated Charkop-Bandra-Mankhurd (CBM) metro corridor, will once again get an opportunity to table their objections and suggestions in front of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). The developmental body has kept a public hearing for the Colaba-Bandra-Seepz (CBS) — Metro line III — for April 11.
Confirming the same, MMRDA Joint Project Director Dilip Kawatkar said, “We will be organising a public hearing on April 11 for the nine suggestion and objections we have received for the CBS corridor.”
