Pune paraglider dies in crash in Bulgarian mountains

Noted paraglider Dilip Kotecha (44), a resident of Koregaon Park, was killed after his glider crashed during the Pre-World Cup Championship of Paragliding in the Balkan Mountains in Bulgaria. As per Bulgarian timing, the incident took place at 3 pm on Sunday

“Dilip had left for Bulgaria on July 13 to participate in the championship and the incident took place on the second day of the tournament when he was paragliding in the Balkan mountains over the village of Vasil Lavski,” Kotecha’s cousin Dr Shrayansh K said.u00a0
