Pune: Raj Bhavan of yore now hosts heritage hotel

In an attempt to attract tourists from across the world, the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) has developed plush suites in a grand old heritage structure in Mahabaleshwar, which was used as Raj Bhavan in the British era.



The Pune division of MTDC has been working hard to turn the heritage building into luxurious suites, without touching the exterior of the heritage structure. Some of the 24 suites are even ready to welcome the guests.
