In 2015, approximately 3.5 lakh appeared for the coveted examination, of which 1.97 lakh were girls and 1.52 lakh were boys. In terms of competitiveness, the students registered a total pass percentage of 76.24%. The top three positions for PSEB 12th Class Result 2016 were again bagged by girls, who outshined boys with 83.26%. Boys could only register an overall pass percentage of 70.73%.
