The Punjabi Cultural Welfare Association (PCWA) at CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai, in association with Shri Bhuvaneshwari Mahila Asharam (SBMA), distributed food, clothes and school bags to flood-affected villages in Uttarakhand last month.
