Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of entering into a trade agreement with the United States to allegedly secure relief for businessman Gautam Adani in an ongoing legal case in the US.
In a post shared on social media platform X, Gandhi claimed that the Prime Minister had not signed a trade deal in India’s national interest but had instead negotiated what he described as a bargain linked to Adani’s “release.”
