New Delhi: Seventy crore Indians - who are above poverty line but continue to be vulnerable - should be brought into the "middle class" in the next 5-10 years, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi said Thursday, while reaching out to labour representatives to seek their feedback for the party manifesto for the Lok Sabha polls.
