The Bandra Terminus Garib Rath Express (12215) was halted near Rajasthan’s Alwar station on Saturday after smoke was detected emanating from its wheels, reportedly due to overheating.

According to passengers, the same issue had occurred twice earlier, shortly after the train departed from Delhi Sarai Rohilla, causing panic and confusion among commuters.

Railway staff immediately inspected the wheels and carried out necessary checks before allowing the train to resume its journey towards Mumbai. No injuries or major damage were reported.
