Ram Singh, the prime accused in the December 16 Delhi gangrape, died due to hanging, a doctor who took part in the autopsy said today. He was charged with the rape and murder of a 23-year-old paramedical student. He was arrested Dec 17, a day after the brutal gangrape ignited protests all across India. A magesterial inquiry has been ordered into Ram Singh&#39;s death.
