The Mumbai Wine Tasting Festival 2010 returns to Mumbai this Friday, with the promise of a treasured experience. The festival offers domestic and international wines, eclectic gourmet food, barbecue, and live music to enhance the overall experience.

Wine aroun the world
The Mumbai Wine Tasting Festival focuses on cheese, food and wine pairing, leisure and entertainment -- all in a sophisticated setting. At the three-day festival that commences tomorrow, a wide variety of wines will be served. The event will showcase over 15 top Indian and 30 international wineries from countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Austria, South Africa, USA, Spain and France. The festival has positioned itself as the destination for wine connoisseurs to experience a multi-sensory experience from India and different parts of the world.

The festival will also host a mix of attractions like a yachting lounge, a scuba diving lounge, barbecues, a cigar lounge, and gourmet food stalls. In addition to this, activities like grape stomping, pairing wine with cheese and chocolate, have also been scheduled.

The festival will also host 'Art on the Pier', an exhibition of emerging artists handpicked by art expert Ashish Balram Nagpal and will also showcase artists including Chintan Upadhyay, Sanjeev Khandekar, Julius Macwan, Ganga Kadadia, Vishal Tandon, Manash Kamal Bishwas, Niloy Nandi and Vikram Arora.
