The Republic Day parade's grand finale, Fly Past, witnessed a spectacular air show put in by a 45 Indian Air Force aircraft, one from the Indian Navy, and four helicopters from the Indian Army at the Kartavya Path.
Modern aircraft Rafale, MiG-29, and Su-30, among others, roared the skies above Kartavya Path in various formations.

The formations, in the most eagerly-awaited segment, included Baaz, Prachand, Tiranga, Tangail, Vajrang, Garud, Bheem, Amrit and Trishul.

The concluding Vertical Charlie maneuver was performed by Rafale fighter aircraft.
The Republic Day celebrations were enhanced by the cultural performances of 479 artists chosen through the national Vande Bharatam dancing competition.
The cultural extravaganza, “Nari Shakti”, was performed by 326 female dancers, skillfully accompanied by 153 male dancers, who were all between the ages of 17 and 30.
They showcased the traditional, modern, and fusion dances that illustrate the “Power of Women” through the five elements of Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Space.
Early in the the day, PM Modi paid tributes to martyrs at the National War Memorial. He was welcomed by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Extending his greetings to the nation on the 74th Republic Day, PM Modi earlier said, “We wish to move ahead unitedly to make the dreams of the great freedom fighters of the country come true.”
As per tradition, the National Flag was unfurled followed by the National Anthem with a booming 21-gun salute. Amongst the many firsts, the 21-gun salute was given with 105-mm Indian Field Guns. It replaceed the vintage 25-pounder gun, reflecting upon the growing 'Aatmanirbharta' in defence. Four Mi-17 1V/V5 helicopters of 105 Helicopter Unit showered flower petals on the audience present at Kartavya Path. (With inputs from agencies)
