<p>Will she or won't she - Rita Bahuguna Joshi's quitting Congress to joining BJP was a matter of debate for past two days on Twitter but it was on Thursday, that she made the news official.</p>
<p>Months ahead of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, senior Congress leader Rita Bahuguna Joshi on Thursday joined the BJP in the presence of party chief Amit Shah.</p>
