It’S almost official now. Sharad Pawar has, for all practical purposes, declared his intention to contest the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) elections later this year in the hope that a victory there will give him a shot at becoming the next chief of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
