<div><b><span style="font-size: 12pt; ">The Delhi CM got an army truck penalised for releasing fumes beyond permissible limit</span></b><br /><br /></div><div>Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit got an army vehicle challaned on Thursday morning when she saw it emanating smoke more than the permissible limit.u00a0</div><div><br /></div><div><img src="/imagedata/2011/dec/shiela.jpg" border="5" align="" alt="" /><br /></div><div><br /><div>A Delhi government official said a military truck was ahead of her cavalcade when she was on her way to office at Delhi Secretariat.u00a0</div><div><br /></div><div>"She saw the truck at India Gate circle near Patiala House Court and got off her car, enquiring about the vehicle. Traffic police personnel posted on a nearby traffic junction rushed to the spot and identified the truck," the official informed.u00a0</div><div><br /></div><div>The truck was stopped and it was challaned by the traffic police personnel. "She left from the spot only after the traffic police sleuth had challaned the truck," the official added.u00a0</div></div>
