In a rather deplorable incident, a doctor allegedly refused to admit a tuberculosis patient at Agra's SN Medical College, after which a senior doctor told him to admit the ailing patient, but make things difficult for him, and hope that he leaves on his own.

Rather unbelievably though, he then told his junior that if the move does not work, he should take his life. The conversation has been caught on tape. The patient Mukesh Prajapati (18) died later. The shocking conversation was recorded on a phone by the patient’s father Teekam.
