<p>   u00a0</p>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal today welcomed the Supreme Court verdict upholding the constitutional validity of the right to education (RTE) act that mandates unaided private schools to keep 25 percent seats for students from economically and socially weaker sections of society.</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   u00a0</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   &quot;I am very happy that court has set all controversies at rest. One of the biggest controversies was that whether the reservation of 25 percent applies to private schools or not... that controversy has been set to rest,&quot; Sibal told NDTV.</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   u00a0</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   Stating that citizens are entitled to go to court, he said the decision would boost the government&#39;s morale.u00a0</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   u00a0</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   &quot;This is what we expect from court. When you enact a legislation, it is not perfect... we keep on learning. We are very happy that broadly the court agrees with us,&quot; he said.u00a0</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   u00a0</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   The apex court bench of Chief Justice S.H. Kapadia and Justice Swatanter Kumar upheld the constitutional validity of section 12(1)(c) of the RTE act that provides 25 percent reservation for students from weaker sections of society.</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   u00a0</div>  <div id="cke_pastebin">   The court also made it clear that this quota would not be applicable to unaided minority institutions.</div>
