Six women, three children among 19 injured in Kumbh fire

Nineteen people, including six women and three children, were injured on Friday in a fire that broke out at the ongoing Maha Kumbh congregation in Allahabad. The fire triggered panic among sadhus and pilgrims and sent the administrative machinery into a tizzy.

The fire broke out on Friday evening at the "pandal" of Ram Janaki Mandir Trust and soon engulfed the tent set up by the Ram Govind Das Trust in the vicinity, Kumbh Mela Officer Mani Prasad Mishra said.
