Au00a0major fire broke out at the office of Yardi Software on the third floor of the seven-storey Sigma House building located off Senapati Bapat Road at 6.50 am yesterday. No one was reported injured in the fire.

Another office of the firm had been damaged in a bigu00a0 fire on July 29 at Mutha Chambers, a stone's throw from Sigma House. No company official was available for comment.

PI Mahadev Chavan from the Chatuhshrungi police station said, "We will be investigating this strange coincidence. We will take the help of electrical and fire experts and dig deep to find out the real reason behind the fire."
