'SP Vinay Tiwari was virtually 'detained' in name of quarantine'

Vinay Tiwari, Superintendent of Police (SP), who reached Mumbai on August 2 with advance intimation to Mumbai Police, was virtually "detained" in the name of "quarantine", Bihar Police told the Supreme Court on Thursday. Bihar Police gave a reply in the apex court today in connection with the petition filed by actor Rhea Chakraborty seeking a direction to transfer the FIR in the Sushant Singh Rajput case from Patna to Mumbai.
