Cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu, who had filed an appeal, challenging the Punjab and Haryana High Court verdict convicting in a 1988 road rage case, has been sentenced to three years in jail. The Supreme Court has reserved its judgment on the appeal on Wednesday.
