Former Supreme Court Justice Markandey Katju is known for his controversial comments in the past over various issues. According a report by <a href="http://www.firstpost.com/india/katju-professes-love-for-tamil-nadu-cm-jayalalithaa-in-a-sentimental-facebook-post-3046566.html" target="_blank">First Post</a>, Katju wrote an sentimental Facebook post in which he described the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister as a 'lioness' and called her opponents, 'langoors'.
The post has since been deleted. Below is the full text...
"All these Cassandras of doom will be disillusioned. Jayalalitha is a sherni, and her opponents are langoors. She will recover and be back to work. When I was a young man, and she too was young I thought her extrememly attractive and had fallen in love with her, though of course she did not know about it, and it was unrequited love. I still find her attractive (which unfortunately I am not now), and am still in love with her, and wish her speedy recovery. Hari Om"

The 68-year-old <a href="http://www.mid-day.com/articles/jayalalithaa-advised-few-days-stay-in-hospital/17650191" target="_blank">Jayalalithaa was admitted to Apollo Hospital</a> in Chennai on September 22 for fever and dehydration. <a href="http://www.mid-day.com/articles/medical-team-from-aiims-to-examine-jayalalithaa/17666160" target="_blank">A three-member doctors team from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)</a> arrived to examine her.
Following that, <a href="http://www.mid-day.com/articles/video-jayalalithaa-supporters-pray-speedy-recovery-tamil-nadu-chief-minister/17675193" target="_blank">many supporters of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister gathered outside the premises</a> and offered prayers for her speedy recovery.
