Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin on Saturday urged secular, democratic forces to work hard with unity for the social justice-led ideology of reformist leader Periyar E V Ramasamy to win and take on the right wing.

The historic Vaikom struggle for social justice and against untouchability was the nation's pioneering movement that inspired the whole country, Stalin said in his address at the centenary celebrations of Vaikom Sathyagraha (1924-25).
