State technical education department has spent Rs 50 crore on software that is either available for free or at nominal costs in the open market
The state technical education department is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to providing students a wholesome education. And with that aim in mind, officials are spending crores on software that will help students in their education. But for those who think that’s a good step, think again.u00a0According to sources, the software they are purchasing at exorbitant prices are available at nominal prices or in some cases, at no cost at all.
