<p>She is Indira Gandhi, the first female Prime Minister of India.</p>
<p>The photo was taken in circa 1930s. She was the third Prime Minister of India and an essential figure of the Indian National Congress party. She served from 1966 to 1977 and then again from 1980 until her assassination in 1984. Indira is the second-longest-serving Prime Minister of India after her father Jawaharlal Nehru and the only woman to hold the office.</p>
