Twelve killed, several injured as bus overturns in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur

At least 12 people were killed and several others injured after a bus overturned in Udhampur. Rescue and medical teams rushed to the spot, and the injured have been taken for treatment

At least 12 people were killed, and several others were injured in a road accident on Monday in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur district. 

Union Minister of State (MoS) PMO and Lok Sabha member from Kathua-Udhampur seat, Dr Jitendra Singh, said on X, “Just now spoke to DC Udhampur, Sh Minga Sherpa after learning about a tragic road accident, less than an hour ago, at village Kanote, involving a public transport bus on way from Ramnagar to Udhampur."
