Jammu: Bodies of two persons, including an alleged narcotic smuggler who had jumped into Chenab to evade arrest, were recovered from the river in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said on Thursday.

Some passerby noticed a body floating in the river near the Kanter Nullah in the area yesterday and informed the police.
