Referring to the current global situation, the Union Minister said there is a need to conserve petrol and diesel following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeal for fuel saving.

Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India Nitin Gadkari on Thursday took a bus ride in support of PM Modi's fuel conservation appeal.
While speaking to reporters during his journey, he said that he has been working on alternative fuels since 2004, including ethanol, methanol, biodiesel, LNG, and green hydrogen, aiming to reduce dependence on conventional energy sources.
