University extends deadline for registration, after website crashes

With several HSC students complaining that they have been unable to register under new system as the website crashed repeatedly, varsity extends deadline
This year the University of Mumbai (MU) has made it mandatory for all students seeking admission for degree courses in colleges to register with the varsity. The last date for registration was today and students say the MU website has been very slow and also crashed repeatedly. Due to which many students have not been able to register and have gone into panic mode. However, the university has extended the deadline and students can now register till June 10.

Mumbai University wants all students who have given their HSC exams to fill a registration form if they want to study further. Pic/Sunil Tiwari
