In the wake of the Uri attack, some youth from Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad district have appealed to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi by writing a letter with their blood.
Through this letter, they are asking the Indian government to seek revenge for the killing of 18 Indian soldiers by terrorists. The children want the Centre to give a fitting reply to Pakistan.
