Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav is trying to deceive people by making tall claims about development in the state, a BJP leader said Thursday.

The Samajwadi Party government is only making tall claims and laying foundation stones without financial back-up and proper budgeting, said Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state spokesperson Vijay Bahadur Pathak.
