Noida: Akshat Gupta, District Magistrate of Uttarakhand's Udhamsingh Nagar, died after suffering a heart attack, officials said.

The 2006 batch IAS officer was just 38 years old. Gupta was visiting his parents in Noida when he started feeling uneasy and breathless late on Sunday.
