<p>A Mi-17 air force helicopter carrying CDS Bipin Rawat, his wife Dr Madhulika Rawat and 12 others crashed in Tamil Nadu&rsquo;s Coonoor region, on Wednesday around noon.</p>
<p>The crash claimed lived of 13 of 14 passengers including CDS Bipin Rawat, his wife Dr Madhulika Rawat.</p>
<p>The chopper, which took off at 11:48 am, was descending and would have landed in 10 more minutes. It was reported missing at around 12:22 pm.</p>
<p>Locals of the area helped the search and rescue team in recovering the bodies.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In a video released by news agency ANI, final moments of the ill-fated chopper have been captured.</p>
